What if my country is not listed on maplin.co.uk?
Maplin Electronics is able to accept certain international orders, however, if your country is not listed in the registration process, you are unable to order online.
You will need to contact the customer care department directly to place your order.
Maplin Electronics is unable to advise of a delivery cost at the time of the order as this is dependent on the size and weight of the order placed.
Please be aware that Maplin may not be able to authorise the credit card for the charge; the accounts department request authorisation from credit card companies but, on occasion, does not receive a reply.
Do you deliver to B.F.P.O. addresses?
Maplin does deliver to B.F.P.O. addresses; in the registration process you would need to register your country as the UK, as you must enter your card registered address.
You can then change your delivery options to the B.F.P.O. address, so all of your orders can be sent there.
How much will the delivery cost be?
Due to the wide range of sizes and weight of an order, Maplin can only provide an approximation of delivery costs as a guide. Please see the approximate costs below:

How is my order sent?
Maplin Electronics uses two delivery services Royal Mail* and a courier.
Royal Mail is used by Maplin Electronics only if your order weighs less than 1kg, and you have chosen standard delivery. Otherwise, if your order is over 1kg, or you have chosen an alternative delivery option, a courier is used.

How do I track my delivery?
You can only track you order, if it has been sent by courier. You will receive a confirmation email that your order has been dispatched. In that email, you will be provided with a twelve-digit parcel number and a link to couriers web site.
Choose your country from the list, enter your parcel number and press confirm. This will then give you an idea of the location of your parcel.
